  Most awful experience ever w/ an alterations place. I let them have 6 days to do my alterations. I come in the day of to pick it up after work @ 5pm. They were not ready, fine... I still had another dress for them to do (I was desperate). So I try it on, and instead of working w/ me, the lady simply says that 'a poofy hem' is just too expensive to do. I never asked for her opinion on cost, I just needed the job done, but with that said I figured that's her way of saying she just can't do the hem. Fine, I asked to just take in the bust and I would just figure out the hem. She couldn't even try to get the bust in to fit me, granted it was a difficult dress, but she was willing to do a compromise the finish of the dress. So I decided to go elsewhere with this other dress. I ran an errand to kill time because she was not finish with the other dress I dropped off earlier in the week. I came back @ 5:30 right before closing, and just paid and left. Not even getting to try on the dress to see if it was to my liking. Just felt rushed as it was their closing time. 1 star, even though I find it unworthy of that. Never using this place again. Even if it is locally. Rather drive anywhere but here for the job to get done.
