  I think the staff in the pharmacy are quite polite. My prescriptions are usually filled within a half an hour, no more than 45 minutes. The only things that irritate me is when the will not release my controlled meds to me if it says I need to speak to the pharmasist for counseling, which I absolutely do not need, as I have been taking most of these for many years. If I show up and the pharmisist is on lunch, I have to wait for her/him to return, and even then I still do not receive any counseling. And it usually means I miss my bus and will have to wait around another hour. It's completely pointless and a huge waste of time. I've asked them to put a note in my profile that says I do NOT want any counceling for anything I pick up. The prescriptions all come with way too much wasted paper with instructions, and it's also written on the bottles. It all seems like too much. If I do need counceling for anything, I know how to ask. Otherwise, I think the staff is pleasant and they're pretty quick filling. However, they could use another couple of people to help check people out. There is usually only one person there, and some of the customers are rude and could care less if there is a line behind them with ten people. That is all.
