  I have been here a few times and it never takes less than 2 hours. The staff is friendly and "helpful" but so far I have been 3 times and each time they have messed something up in my account that I then need to spend hours with customer support to fix. They are willing to help, they just don't know enough to help. They have messed up my account address, even though I spelled it out multiple times. They have randomly added extra lines onto my account. These issues always happen after going in and then I need to spend hours fixing them later. There are usually 1 or 2 people ahead of you when you go and normally the wait is 20+ minutes.
