  I have to say I have never written a review before, in my life! But, after the customer service I received today at this particular Verizon Wireless I felt the need to Thank this staff. My phone screen broke and I lost a years worth of pictures/videos, when you have children that is like loosing pure gold! I was told by several other Verizon employees as well as a local Tech Company that all hope was lost and the pictures were unrecoverable. I went into Verizon to get my replacement phone set up and I came to terms with the lost memories. BUT I was helped by Vanessa and without prompting she went the extra mile for me and spent the extra time to search and FIND all of my lost Contacts, Pictures and Videos!! Without even having to ask she set up my new phone exactly how I needed it to make sure this could never happen again. Not to mention the rest of the staff in there played with my rambunctious toddler while Vanessa worked with me, we were the only ones in at the time. By far this was the BEST experience I have ever had with Verizon. They really knew what they were doing, solved my problems and I left completely stunned at how satisfying my visit was! I would not recommend any other Verizon location than this one. I hope Verizon knows how to treat their Great employees right because I will be a return customer for as long as I am getting service like I did today.
